Coaching Registration and Certification


Please thoroughly review the Fury Lacrosse Association Coach's Manual.

If you feel something is missing please email execdirector@furylacrosse.ca and we'll work on adding it.

 

**NEW FOR 2024: We will be using the RAMP registration system to keep track of all Coaching Certifications, Coaching Courses and Police Information Checks.

You need to have completed 5 tasks:

 

1. RAMP REGISTRATION

It is the same system that you use to register your athlete - same Username and Password. 

Select 'Coach/Staff Registration'. 

You will be REQUIRED to enter in your NCCP# so have it ready. Your NCCP# tracks all your coaching courses and certifications across ALL sports.

2. COACHING CERTIFICATION

If you are a first time coach in lacrosse, regardless of the age group you are coaching, you need to complete the Community Development certification.

If you are coaching U7-U13, you are required to have Community Development certification.

If you are coaching U15-U17, you are required to have Competitive Introduction certification.

Dates and times for coaching certification clinics are now posted.

3. POLICE INFORMATION CHECKS

Ensure that you have an up-to-date Police Information Check.  They are valid for 3 years.

All the Police Checks from 2023 have been uploaded.

If you have an existing Police Check, that is not already there, please upload. 

If you require a new one, please click here and follow the instructions. 

 

4. REQUIRED COURSES 

In addition to the required Coaching Certification for the level you are coaching, you are also required to have completed both of:
