If you have a PIC-VS completed within the past 3 years:

Please submit your completed documentation via email to execdirector@furylacrosse.ca

New PIC-VS applicants:

You will need to provide the following Volunteer Letter to complete your police check application: Volunteer Letter PIC-VS

If you have a Calgary home address, and have never completed a police check through the Calgary Police Service portal or it has been longer than 3 years, please email Kelly Mantei execdirector@furylacrosse.ca.  You will receive an email directly from the Calgary EPIC system with details as to how to apply for your PIC-VS.

If you reside outside of Calgary, please print the volunteer letter and bring it along with any documents and identification required to complete the application at your local RCMP detachment.
